Refund Policy

Service call and diagnostic fees cover the time and expertise required to inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose your irrigation system.  Once a technician has arrived and services have begun, these fees are non-refundable.

Labor charges are based on the work performed during your service appointment and are non-refundable once the work has been completed.

Any replacement parts or materials installed during your service are billed separately.  Manufacturer warranties are the responsibility of  the customer to follow-up and fullfill.

If you believe there is an issue related to the work completed by EverGreen Irrigation Repair, please contact us as soon as possible.  We will review the concern and, if necessary, schedule a follow-up visit to inspect the repair and determine an appropriate resolution.
